Buds Never Opened

In the case, a large part of the bouquet never got a chance to bloom and started wilting to. At this price point, I’d expect the flowers to be mature enough to open properly and last as intended.

I hope the team looks into this because the overall quality and presentation is good, but this recurring issue has affected my experience.

Delivery time not honored

My time slot was until 2pm and no one reached out for delivery updates. At 1.30pm, I mailed them asking for delivery of my order, that is when somebody called and eventually, delivery happened around 3-3.30pm. I didn’t like that I had to reach out for help when there shouldn’t be any need for it. I waited until last minute hoping they’ll deliver on time, but alas!
