Flowers delivered late, missed the person & the occassion

The flowers were to wish a new CEO. He was going to be in office till 5 pm. The delivery time slot I picked was from 9 am - 5 pm. The flowered were delivered late. By that time, he had left office. Givven the long weekend (Friday was Eid/Onam), he hasn't gone back to office yet which means the flowers and the vase are perhaps still lying in the box. :(

Btw, my name is Saby. The recipient name is Ravi. I may have inadvertently picked the same name for me and the recipient.

Most importantly, our wishes (in form of flowers) didn't reach him on time.

While flowers were good quality of delivery was poor. It was to arrive by 9 pm but it came at 10:40 pm. Very inappropriate. Delivery person dint understand English or Hindi and refused to deliver at the flat. Very painful
