The flowers were really beautiful but otherwise the experience was bad. I had placed an order a couple days in advance to surprise my friend who was a first time Mom for mother’s day. For some reason the order did not go through the first time around and instead of sending me a text, they sent a text to my friend - whose number i had mentioned in the delivery details. I had clearly mentioned my number in the billing details. The text was addressed to me (biller name) but dent to my friend (delivery phone number) so that ruined the surprise. Also the flowers arrived really late in the night, which is okay considering theyve mentioned the delivery time as 9 in the morning to 9 in the night b it I was hoping it would reach her by mid day atleast. Wont order again obviously
