Although the collection was good, I was not happy with quality of all flowers. Some of them (orchids, eucalyptus and lillies) were not as fresh. I am not sure if I will order again.

First time I ordered here, on behalf of family friends in Kolkata. Bad experience. The flowers were not sent on the person's bday. Worst thing is, I wasn't even informed it wasn't delivered.
When they enquired why it hadn't gone, I reached out to Spring Glory. That's when I was told that due to rains the box got soggy so the delivery person returned without delivering.
It was embarrassing for me to relay this to my family friends. Felt like I'd broken their trust. Another bouquet sent the next day, using another company, went off without a hitch
SG executive didn't even offer a discount or code for future discounts. Very disappointed
