Florist Scissors For Stems

I’ve had 6 weekly deliveries with the fragrance box subscription thus far. It started off well and really fragrant. But after the initial 2-3 deliveries, it’s been underwhelming. Where the initial deliveries were so fragrant that I can actually smell it across the room, the later ones didnt have more than a whiff. Especially, this week’s delivery with birds of paradise flower was a complete let down both in terms of fragrance as well as the number of stems. I hope it stays consistent - with the well curated boxes, the flowers were lovely to look at and brought in joy!

I rcvd a pair of scissors but they were already rusted. The moment I brought this to the notice of customer care they promised to replace it within 24 hours n they actually did. Thank u. Really appreciate the customer centric prompt service.
